"I own two Sleep Number beds and have for eleven years. Everyone has heard how great the Sleep Number Beds are, especially on TV shopping channels and infomercials. However, here are some things that are important to me and perhaps are to you when choosing a product to purchase. 1.) In 2005, I phoned Select Comfort to order replacement foam pieces. They took my order then explained that the foam parts I ordered are made in New Orleans and due to the recent hurricane (Katrina), my order will take longer to receive than usual. The person taking my order explained that Select Comfort wants that supplier in New Orleans to continue to receive their business to help them through such difficulty. I was so impressed that a corporation for once cared about others that are less fortunate than about their own $ bottom line. I am sure that Select Comfort could have easily had some other vendor make those pieces, but they chose not to. Select Comfort made that decision because it was the right thing to do. 2.) No one ever talks about how when a standard spring bed wears out, it is not worth doing anything except replacing the entire bed, even if it is possible, and it usually it is not. In comparison, a Sleep Number bed parts can be replaced individually when need and, the price to do so is very reasonable. 3. Quality control. You can always count on getting the correct part and a consistently high quality. 4. Sleep Number Bed parts that need replacement are easily identified and shipped out almost immediately. They are also easy to install yourself. 5. Convenience of ordering and being able to replace the part(s) yourself is very important to me -- not having to go to the Select Comfort Store or (in the case of traditional spring type mattresses that are repairable) have total strangers come into you home, and potentially damage your bed, walls, or property during pick up and delivery. 6. Lastly, you are never without your bed while you are awaiting your replacement parts!!! Sincerely, A very satisfied customer from KC"

"I can't say enough about how wonderful the customer service is at Select Comfort. EVERY time I have called they have been so very helpful. When I call their people know their products and how they work. They never make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing and I'm the one with the problem. They do WHATEVER it takes to solve the problem and make me happy. They do it so fast that I realy believe that when they send me a replacment part the mailing label is being filed out as we talk and its in the mail(UPS) truck before I hang up the phone. Any one who buys another brand of adjustable bed derserve what they will get and that is not select comfort quality and servece after the sale. I would never dream of buying another brand of adjustable bed. WE LOVE OUR SELECT COMFORT BEDS. David McMichael Dayton, Tn."

"I had a call tonight from my local Sleep Number store telling me about some special promotions they are running. Unfortunately for them, my sleep number bed is just fine and still comfortable even after 10 years. The fellow I was speaking to was polite and suggested that I let you know how pleased I am with the sleep number bed. As an aside, we live in a very old house with constricted stairways and our bedroom is on the third floor. Other mattresses were difficult to bring up two staircases, but not yours. We still enjoy sleeping on air and will probably go into the store and take advantage of the specials for our guest room. Thank you for the great product."

"I used to wake up with extreme shoulder pain in the middle of the night forcing me to my other side. Then I'd wake up again with my other shoulder in pain, forcing me to lay on my back, which I hate! Now, with the right pillow (a 6 inch gridzone memory foam contour), I sleep through the night and wake up pain free. I also never realized how poorly I was sleeping until I stopped feeling tired in the afternoon. Only being 21 years old, I thought that was normal. Now, I can't remember the last time I felt the need for a midafternoon nap! Thank you Select Comfort!"

"I am like you. I was concerned about spending the money on buying a good bed that would really give a good night’s sleep. I decided to give it a try. Now I know that it does a great job! I now can fall asleep so easy in my comfortable cozy bed and sleep all night. I feel so good and rested in the morning. "My wife and I are both 70 years old. For as long as I can remember I have never had what I considered a good nights sleep. We have had other mattresses over the 47 years we have been married but not until we decided to buy a sleep number mattress 2 years ago had I been satisfied with sleep I was getting. The comfort level we got with the standard spring type mattress was OK, not great, for my wife. But now that we have the Sleep Number bed we both get a great nights sleep. It used to be that after 4 to 5 hours on a regular mattress I would have to get up because I was stiff, my back ached, or the bed was not comfortable enough to warrent me fighting to go back to sleep. Now I sleep at least 8 hours each night and get up well rested. My wife can't wait to go to bed at night because she is so comfortable now. Also, you have spoiled our travel plans. We used to travel a lot more than we do now. The reason? We are so spoiled by the Sleep Number bed that when we stay at motels, hotels, friend & family's homes, or our time shares they don't have Sleep Number beds. So, we travel less.....It's all your fault for making such a good product."

"I just wanted to let you know that before I got the Sleep Number bed, part of my back was numb and so were my legs and arms. I have had my bed for almost a year now, and no longer have any of those issues. It is great to get a good night's rest, plus sleep. Both are so important. It feels so good to have my back not feel numb or tingle when I wake up in the morning! I recommend this product to anyone who has any back, leg, or arm problems."
