"I own a sleep number bed and would not give it up for the world. I had backaches before I got it and didn't sleep well. now I sleep great all the time. If I feel like something is disturbing my sleep I just adjust it a little lower or higher and am content again. But I have to say the best part about my bed is the customer service. It has been three years since I purchased my bed and any question or concern I have had has been promptly answered and addressed. In a world of "buy this warranty, because we make a crappy product..." or "buyer beware, because once you buy- YOU deal with any problems" mentality, Select Comfort stands out with excellent customer service."

"Presently I do not own a Sleep Number bed but I have tested one in the department store,I did not want to leave the store.It is so comfortable I thought I was in heaven! If I don't win the contest I plan to purchase one. I have chronic back pain resulting from herniated disc and back surgery. It would be a big expense for me but I feel it would be a big help to my back problems."

"We got our first 3000 8 years ago. Since then, when we travel and sleep on conventional mattresses, I get a lower back ache and I toss and turn. I do my office and paper work on the bed for the comfort and stability. It is the best place to take that afternoon nap. As a "date" my husband and I get a pizza and watch a movie while we are on the sleep number bed, kind of like a picnic. We just had a piece replaced, at not cost from Sleep Number. The replacement came right away. My husband snores at times, so I have asked for a single sleep number bed for the guest room when I need to use it. Their claims are accurate. We are grateful for such a great bed."

"Four years ago a friend of mine was working for Select Comfort and invited me into the store. I was having severe lower back pain. I couldn't sleep because the back pain was so intense. I thought it was from working out. She told me how the sleep number bed could be adjusted to help align my spine and relieve my back pain. I really didn't believe that it would help me. I agreed to purchase the bed a few months later when the pain became unbearable. It took me trying 5 different sleep numbers in a period of 2 weeks to find my perfect setting of 45. I've owned two different models the 5000 and now the 7000. My sleep number for my back is the same on both beds. I decided since the bed helped me, I wanted to work for Select Comfort and help others with back pain and sleep problems. I've been with the company now for 1 1/2 years. I love helping people, like myself, sleep better and with less pain."

"I've been plagued by back problems for some time and I started looking at Select Comfort a couple of years ago. I've had my new bed for about a week and it's remarkable. I'm one week away from lumbar surgery (after exhausting all of my options) and that bed couldn't have come into my life at a better time. I've been able to fall asleep comfortably and not awaken with severe pain every 1-2 hours. I'll be very glad to come home and recover in that bed instead of the torture device I'd been sleeping on for the past 15 years. This bed came highly recommended by a good friend who has had hers for several years. She finally gave me her booklet, complete with $50 gift card, and I decided it was time to do something about it. I only wish I had done it sooner!"

"I love my bed every single day and night. The only thing is I don't of can't decide on a "number" setting. Sometimes 35 or 60? I have had 2 laminectomies and the mattress has helped so much. I am not grumpy in the morning,and have 5 out of 7 days without back pain, literally! I have more stamina at work, specifically noticed very early in the morning! However, I do have a little sagging in the middle of my mattress only towards the head? Do any of you experience this "little sag" effect? MaryAnn-Arizona"

"We have had a queen size sleep number bed for about 6 years (bought over the phone) & decided to get a king size bed. We went straight to a sleep number store. We were not going try a different bed company when the queen worked so well. The queen is now in the guest room & we get compliments each time someone sleeps over. They are surprised how comfortable the bed is. The big plus for me is I work shift work, so being able to sleep in the day time & nights is a big plus. I fall asleep quickly & sleep very well. So thanks for a very good product."

"I woke up every day for 3+ years with a backache and could never sleep for more than 5-6 hours at a time. My husband and I decided to try the sleep number bed with the 30 day trial and my first morning I woke up free of back pain. I have had the bed for almost 1 year now and I still love it just like I did that first morning. I can actually sleep in now and not have to get out of bed after only 5 hours of sleep. I toss and turn far less than before and my husband and I love the fact that his side can be firm (his sleep number is 75) and my side can be soft (my sleep number is 35). This is the best investment I have ever made and I have recommended this bed to all of my friends."

"Throughout the years, we have always purchased the latest trends such as water beds in the 70's, air beds in the 90's and now we we have purchased a Sleep Number Bed. This is the best purchase we have ever made. It is the most comfortable bed we have ever owned and we will have this for the remainder of our lives. "First I must say that I am going on my 8th back surgery, after many nights of pain,no sleep and tossing and turning I decided to check out the Sleep Number. I was undecided between the Space age bed and Sleep Number,after trying the "other bed" which after it forms to your body, it is very hard to roll out of the crater that forms. It was hands down that sleep number was the way to go, I can adjust to any softness or firmness depending on my pain level.I should have purchased this bed years ago. You can not put a price on a good nights sleep. Thank you Sleep Number!!!"
