"This is review is about the 20 yr guarantee as well as my happiness with the bed. 1. I have enjoyed your bed for 7 years, during which I had 2 hip and 1 knee replacement. The bed was great anyway but was a big help during the post surgery days when pain would wake me up. All I needed to do was take my pain pill and change my number then I could go back to right sleep. Everyone else I know who has had this experience takes the pill but doesn't go right back to sleep! 2. Because of my experience with a your sleep number bed, when I recently planned a move I made sure that my library/guest room included your sleep number sleep sofa. THE ONLY SLEEP SOFA EVER THAT HAS NO IRRITATING BAR IN YOUR BACK ALL NIGHT! The sofa bed sleeps just as good as my regular sleep number bed. 2. When I moved, I discovered a mildew/mold problem between the air chambers and the foam pad. I e-mailed you to see what to do about it and was informed you'd like to replace the parts with the problem. That was done quickly, return postage was paid for the damaged parts, and even when I reported stains on the reconditioned air chambers sent they too were exchanged. NO FUSS, NO FEATHERS!! "I was in desparate need of a new mattress for at least 2 yrs. My husband was reluctant to spend the money. I had had it with conventional mattresses and went on a mission to find a solution. Living in Hawaii pretty much means water beds are out of the equation because they're unavailable. I was leary of ordering one online because my husband had never slept on one. When we found out that sleep no. beds are available at Radisson hotels, we decided to try one for a long wkend in Waikiki. It was terrific. We've had ours now for almost 1 1/2 yrs and wouldnt trade it for the world. Even my husband who doesnt say much about anything comments on how great the bed is quite often. If he sees a couple on a bed on TV tossing and turning he says "that's because they dont have a sleep number bed". He admits this is the best he has ever slept in his life. He use to fidget constantly and now barely moves at all. My only complaint is sometimes I fall asleep when I dont mean to because it is so comfortable! This bed was worth every penny! "I am not really sure what number my bed is but it is the best investment I have ever made. It does everything but the dishes (HA HA). I am more comfortable then I have ever been. It vibrates which helps my sore shoulders. I have sleep apnea and I really sleep great on this bed. The lady who sold it to me was great, she didn't pressure me into anything which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS BED TO EVERYONE..."

"When awakening on my side on my old Sealy posturpedic mattress, I used to have a "dead" arm and that "pins & needles" sensation which took a long time to subside! That has NEVER happened since I've had my Sleep Number bed for 2 years now! I only wish I had bought one sooner!"

"My husband and I purchased the Sleep Number Bed 3 years ago and I want to tell you it is "fantabulous" the best choice we've made in a bed. We purchased a costly name brand mattress and box springs 2 years before this and had major difficulty sleeping. We both have suffered with back pain for years and have both had back surgery. We both say once you try it you will not want to go back to any other bed.We fall asleep faster and wake up pain free. We even talked two of our married children into getting one. Our daughter was pregnant at the time and having a hard time sleeping but not after the Sleep Number bed hit their home. They love it too."

"I love my Sleep Number Bed!!!!!!!!!!!! It is everything and more than I expected. The first night on it was awesome and it kept getting better. My sleep number is 45 but if I am in alot of pain I drop it to 40. I have severe arthritis and now I wake up with about 80% or more of my pain gone. I sleep less but better. My energy level during the day has gone way up, my circulation is so much better and it has about cured my bad insomnia. I just thank God everyday for this bed."

"We have NEVER invested in a "high end" product, but when illness and age hit, we decided to try out the Sleep Number Bed. Originally, after trying out the memory foam bed, we thought about buying one, but our friends that actually owned one never talked about it when we would discuss getting a new bed, yet when we mentioned to another couple about us getting a new bed that couple never stopped trying to get us to at least try out the Sleep Number Bed. Well, we tried it out and were sold! We purchased the 9000 series bed, and we are absolutely satisfied!!!! Now, we're the crazy couple telling people about our bed. It's so bad that if people are over to the house and they even think of metioning something about their bed, we invite them up to our bedroom and have them lay down on our bed. You have a FABULOUS product! We are now a year into owning our bed, and still love it. We sleep better than we have in years. No back, hip or miscellaneous aches, just sweet sleep. "I have had my sleep number bed for 3 months now, and all I can say is that I am ecstatic! It has more than lived up to its hype. I used to regularly see a chiropractor for back pain and since I purchased the sleep number, I have experienced no back pain and wake up refreshed and don't go the chiropractor anymore. "I love my bed! I used to have sleep apneia and snored so bad that my son, sleeping in the next room, swares he thought an airplane was about to crash into our home. I don't snore any more and sleep soooo much better. Select comfort (#40 or 35 depending on my day) works great for me"
